At  meeting in 1921 the international olypic  committee estabiished winter  olympic games.

by 1998there were 60vevents in elevn different sports.

the olymic torch is used at the opeing ceremony .it’s kept in Athens , greece between games it travels from greece to thehostcounty before the game starts
